Three moves after the storm

  1. 1

    Secure it

We dispatch 24/7 to tarp, board, and dry-in the damaged area so a missing tab doesn’t become a ruined ceiling.

  2. 2

    Document it

Drone photos, slope-by-slope notes, moisture where it matters. The same file you send the carrier.

  3. 3

    Work the claim

We meet the adjuster, walk the roof, and fight for every line the policy covers. Repair when that’s the roof. Replace when it isn’t.

How we work insurance

  • We speak adjuster — code, slope, underlayment, not “trust me.”
  • You get the coverage the policy pays. We don’t invent hail that isn’t there.
  • We don’t waive your deductible. That’s illegal, and it becomes your problem.
  • If the carrier lowballs a real loss, we re-inspect and supplement with photos.
  • You stay the policyholder. We stay the contractor. Clean paper.

Office estimates: Mon–Sat 8am–6pm. Emergency dispatch: every hour of the week.

What 24/7 dispatch actually does

Tarp & dry-in

Cover open decking, blown-off slopes, and failed flashings so the house stops taking on water tonight.

Board-up

Secure openings until the claim is written and materials are scheduled.

Then the roof

Repair, tile reset, asphalt, metal, or a full tear-off — whatever the inspection and the policy support.

Need a crew now?

Storm & insurance FAQ

Do you dispatch 24/7 after a storm?+

Yes. Call (850) 764-3607 any hour. We send a crew to tarp or board up damaged areas so water doesn’t keep coming in overnight. Mitigation first — then the claim.

Will you work with my insurance company?+

Yes. We document with drone photos, write the scope, and meet the adjuster so the claim matches what’s actually on the roof. We push for the full coverage your policy pays — we do not invent hail or waive deductibles.

Who pays for the emergency tarp?+

Most homeowner policies cover reasonable emergency mitigation to prevent further damage. We document the tarp as part of the claim file. You’re still responsible for your deductible.

Do I call insurance first or you first?+

If the house is taking on water, call us first so we can dry it in. Then open the claim. If it’s not an emergency, open the claim and we’ll inspect and meet the adjuster on their schedule.

Will you tell me I need a new roof no matter what?+

No. If it’s ten tiles and a boot, that’s the scope. If the system is done, we say so — with photos the adjuster can use. Storm chasers pad. We don’t.
